FITT Principle’s studio opened in Jan 2018 and provides a sanctuary for people who may be intimidated by commercial gym options out there. Based in an old warehouse, the original high ceilings and New York loft feel makes it truly unique in Scotland. We're a private personal training studio so the full concentration of our trainers is on your progress.

Every session at FITT Principle lasts 60 minutes and is tailored to you. We offer flexible packages from £45, concessions, and small group options, so training can fit your life as well as your body.
