Your first visit is all about us learning from you. We talk about your goals, go through a simple movement screen, and introduce you to the studio. From there, we design a plan tailored to you. No pressure, no judgement, just a starting point.

Each training session lasts 60 minutes. That gives enough time to warm up properly, train effectively, and finish with recovery work.

Every coach has a different way of working. Most people choose a block of sessions to keep momentum, but other options might be available depending on the coach.
